What do I do if my phone cannot discover the device?

1> Check whether your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on. Hold the mobile phone close to the device and tap "Retry".

2> Check whether the device is powered on and in pairing status. For other devices, confirm whether they are connected.

3> If the problem cannot be fixed using the above methods, turn off Bluetooth, restart it, and reconnect to the device.

4> If the problem persists, restart the app and device and try again.
