Gently reminder that SOS feature is activated by meeting the following conditions.

1. When a cyclist falls down, make sure that your smartphone has the stable internet network and LIVALL APP should be logged in and run on your smart phone.

2. The helmet needs to be connected to the livallriding APP

3. Before using SOS, you need successfully add your emergency contacts in your APP list.

4. When a cyclist falls down, make sure that the helmet should strike with the ground rather than strike lightly.

5.When a cyclist falls down, make sure that the cyclist should lie down on the ground staying still for over 15 seconds. If the cyclist immediately gets up and move, the SOS will not be activated.
