Why can’t I send a voice message?
1> Check whether your App version is 2.0.0 or above. Upgrade it if it is not.
2> Check whether the corresponding microphone permission is enabled on the app.
3> Check whether your data network is working normally.
4> If the helmet is connected, check that it is connected your phone.
5> Exit the group room and re-enter it.
6> Restart the app and re-enter the group room.
7> If the problem persists, tap the icon in the upper left corner to switch the voice channel.
