I am not receiving message from group members. How do I fix it?
1> Check whether your App version is 2.0.0 or above. Upgrade it if it is not.
2> Increase the volume properly and pause any music.
3> Check whether your data network is working normally.
4> If the helmet is connected, check that it is connected to your phone.
5> Exit the group room and re-enter it.
6> Restart the App and re-enter the group room.
7> If the problem persists, contact us on "Settings -> Feedback".
